Welcome Cocktail

The Welcome Cocktail will be held on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at 19h00 at the Conference Venue (ENSAM - Arts et Métiers) at the following rooms:

Conference Banquet

The Conference Banquet will be held on Thursday, February 20, 2025, at 19:15 at the Bateaux Mouches by along the shimmering waters of the Seine. This dinner cruise will be remembered as one of the most special moments of your stay in Paris. Registration is mandatory if you attend the conference banquet. Please register by selecting the fee which includes the conference banquet.

19:15: Arrival of guests
20.00: Departure for the cruise and start of the dinner
22:15: Return to the quay
00:00: End of the event

Please note that there is a maximum capacity. Availability will be given to those delegates already registered on a first-come first-served basis.

How to get there?

The Bateaux-Mouches pier is located very close to the Pont de l’Alma on the Port de la Conférence.

* Kindly remember that it is mandatory to wear your badge to access the Gala Dinner at Bateaux Mouches.

* To attend the Conference Banquet on Thursday, February 20, 2025, at 19:15 at Bateaux Mouches, registration is mandatory. Please note that only registered and fully paid participants (Full Registration Fee) via the conference website will be able to attend.

Coffee Breaks

Additionally, during the conference, Coffee Breaks will be offered at the Conference Venue (ENSAM - Arts et Métiers) from Thursday, February 18, 2025 to Friday, February 21, 2025, at the following rooms:

Lunches are not included in the registration fees. The Congress organization has made arrangements to offer to registered participants the option of "Lunch boxes" from Tuesday to Friday by prior reservation. It will be provided only to those who have made a reservation and completed payment.
